NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 22, 2023 in Civil Case No. 22-CA-006812, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NEWREZ LLC DBA SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff, and IMILSE REYES GOMEZ is the Defendant.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com on March 30, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2 AND THE EAST 11 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 12 OF BOUR-LANDS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
