NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 22-CA-008575 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and DANIEL S. CHECK, is Defendant.
CINDY STUART, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of April, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, BLOCK 9, LAKEMONT UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
