NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022-CA-006742 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which MCLP Asset Company, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Christopher J. Ivey, Dawn M. Ivey , Crosby Crossings Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the March 21, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
