AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CLARA FOGARTY A/K/A CLARA M.
