NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2023 and entered in Case No. 22-004374-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, is the Plaintiff and Muhammad Ilyas Khan is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 21, 2023 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
