NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22, 2022, and entered in Case No. 19-002733-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JP MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP, is Plaintiff and GIDEON GOLDEN A/K/A GIDEON D. GOLDEN A/K/A GIDEON DAVID GOLDEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GIDEON GOLDEN A/K/A GIDEON D. GOLDEN A/K/A GIDEON DAVID GOLDEN; HILARY MCCLURE F/K/A GILANA DEVORAH GOLDEN; SPANISH OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 25th day of April, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK D, SPANISH OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1044 Spanish Oaks Blvd., Palm Harbor, Florida 34683
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
