Book 9623, Pages 146 through 193 and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 118, Pages 85-89, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, Amended in O.R. Book 10088, Page 2394, O.R. Book 10158, Page 1054, Condominium Plat amended in Plat Book 120, Page 33, etc. seq.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on Association Assessment Attorneys, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 111 2nd Ave. N.E. Suite 539, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, and file the original with this Clerk within 30 days after the first publication of this notice in Business Observer, on or before , 2023 otherwise a default and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
