NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 10, 2023 and entered in Case No. 22-001398-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DENISE GIARRATANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENISE GIARRATANO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC.; STRATHMORE GATE-WEST AT LAKE ST. GEORGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on March 21, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 188, STRATHMORE GATE-WEST-UNIT A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 39 AND 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
