Seay, deceased, Troy G. Seay, Bruce A. Seay, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Vinnie Newkirk, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the March 23, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
