NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 23, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-001462-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. , is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Annie May Seay aka Annie M. Seay, deceased, Troy G. Seay, Bruce A. Seay, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Vinnie Newkirk, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the March 23, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
