NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to An Order resetting Foreclosure Sale dated March 2, 2023, entered in Case No. 2016-CA-003301-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff and DILIP LAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DILIP LAL; MIRABELLA AT VIZCAYA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC ; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on March 27, 2023 , at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Summary Judgment, to wit::
