NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2023, wherein, MJRA CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and WAYNE J. WAKEY, II is the Defendant.
Roger D. Eaton, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 13, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 99, Block 29, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 4, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 87A through 87D of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. Parcel ID No.: 402227276004, with a street address of 101 Palmetto Circle, Port Charlotte, Florida 33952.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
