YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Verified Complaint for Partition of Mineral Interests relating to certain real property located in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit: SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, LEONARD H. JOHNSON, ESQUIRE, of the law firm of JOHNSON POPE BOKOR RUPPEL & BURNS LLP, attorneys for the Plaintiff, RDPD V, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, whose address is TRUIST Place, 401 East Jackson Street, Suite 3100, Tampa, Florida 33602, [email protected], telephone number (813) 225-2500 on or before April 10, 2023, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint for Partition of Mineral Interests.
