NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2023, and entered in Case No. 51-2021-CA-002511 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not individually but solely as trustee for Finance Of America Structured Securities Acquisition Trust 2018-HB1, is the Plaintiff and Iva J. Stout, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Joseph Adkins, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the March 28, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 235, SEA RANCH ON THE GULF, FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
