NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 17th day of February 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022CA-002166-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and NAHUM CORDOVA JR. BRIDGEWATER MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION VILLAGES AT BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. MARIA O. CORDOVA; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of April 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK A, VILLAGES AT BRIDGEWATER VILLAGE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 159, PAGE(S) 30 THROUGH 32, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
