NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated the 3rd day of March, 2023, entered in Case No.: 2022CA003045, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th day of April, 2023, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 167, William's Preserve Phase 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 160, Page(s) 10 through 13, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
