NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 2, 2023, issued in and for Pasco, Florida, in Case No. 2020CA001863CAAXWS, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF THE CHALET SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff, and DENISE DENOVA, KEY VISTA MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., KEY VISTA SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., SYNOVUS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRANSFEREE OF ALL ASSETS FROM FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER FOR CORTEZ COMMUNITY BANK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENISE DENOVA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, PASCO CLERK OF COURT-EAST, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on April 6, 2023, at electronic sale beginning at 11:00 am, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
