GUY AKA VERA MAE GUY, DECEASED, et al. are Defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of April, 2023, the following described property:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 15, AUBURNDALE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
