NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 412022CA000770CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ILLONA SCHWOY, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of April, 2023 the following described property:
