NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 412022CA002823CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership is the Plaintiff and Theodora Ford a/k/a Theodore Ford; Veronica Ford; Castle Credit Co Holdings, LLC; Manatee Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of April, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, MANATEE OAKS, A SUBDIVISON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 107 THROUGH 109, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
