Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit #497, of LEISURE LAKE VILLAGE, a/k/ a LEISURE LAKE MOBILE HOME PARK, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1316, Pages 2570 through 2595, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 29th day of March 2023. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
