NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2023 and entered in Case No. 22-CA-003573 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida where City of Bradenton, is the Plaintiff and Marina R. Adair, Kenneth Adair is/are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on June 1, 2023 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
All of Lot 1 and two (2) feet off the West side of the North Fifty-Eight (58) feet of Lot 3, A. PRESTON BOYD'S FIRST ADDITION TO BRADENTON FLORIDA, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 322, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ALSO: The Easement retained by A. Preston Boyd over the East eight (8) feet of Lot 2, and the West two (2) feet of the South Sixty (60) feet of Lot 3, of said A. Preston Boyd's First Addition to Bradentown Florida.
