Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on February 28, 2023 in Case No. 2021 CC 002604, in the County Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court of Manatee County, Florida will sell the following real property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 252, NO. 10D, PALM-AIRE AT SARASOTA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 980, PAGES 2 THROUGH 52, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 10, PAGES 101 THROUGH 105, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A/K/A: 6973 W. COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE N. #252, SARASOTA, FL 34243
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes. The foreclosure sale shall be conducted on the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on April 4, 2023. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be by cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. on the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
