YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Administration of the ESTATE OF PHILIP WAYNE HALL, DECEASED, FILE NO. 23-CP-0691 is pending in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Probate Division, the address of which Court is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, Florida, 34112-5324. The Personal Representative of the Estate is David Gene Hall, whose Post Office address is 51 A Enchanting Boulevard, Naples, Florida, 34105. The name and address of the attorney for the Personal Representative is Jacob E. Colgrove, Esquire, 700 Eleventh Street South, Suite 101, Naples, Florida, 34102.
All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedent's Estate on whom a copy of this Notice is served, within three months after the date of the first publication of this Notice must file thier claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the Decedent and persons having claims or demands against the Decedent's Estate must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
