NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Barron Collier Partnership, Serenoa Investments, LLC, Oak Hammock Grove, Ltd and Silver Strand III Partnership, as all of the members of Florida Family Grower Association, Inc., an agricultural marketing association, without stock, formed under the provisions of Chapter 618, Florida Statutes (the “Association”), seeks judicial dissolution of the Association in accordance with Section 618.25(1), Florida Statutes. After the expiration of 15 days from this Notice, the circuit judge may decree a dissolution and make all necessary orders and decrees for the winding up of the Association's affairs, including the application of its assets toward the satisfaction of the claims of creditors so far as may be and the distribution of any moneys then remaining among its members in proportion to their respective property interests.
Any person claiming an interest in the Association or otherwise raising an objection to the Association's dissolution must file a claim in this action within 15 days of this Notice.
