NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 29th day of August 2022, in Case No. 21-CA-009006, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-FRE2, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE2, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and JUAN GONZALEZ PEREZ A/K/A JUAN DE MARCO GONZALEZ PEREZ, ARLETTE RAMOS, JUPITER HOUSE LLC, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN, PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BRITTANY LOPEZ, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A GREG LOPEZ, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of April 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
