Plaintiff, and VANMANY FERGUSON; JAMES FERGUSON; KEATHEL CHAUNCEY, ESQ., AS TRUSTEE ONLY, UNDER THE DECEMBER 2016 LAND TRUST; BOYETTE FARMS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MORRISON FINANCIAL SERVICES; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A LUIS M. RODRIGUEZ are Defendants.
