NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 20, 2023, issued in and for Pinellas, Florida, in Case No. 2022-CA-001855, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE IGLOO SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff, and AMY J. ADAMS, SPANISH OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and THE CLERK OF THE COURT FOR THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, PINELLAS CLERK OF COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on March 22, 2023, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
