NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated 02/14/2023, and entered in Case No. 22-003501-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB AS TRUSTEE OF WV 2017-1 GRANTOR TRUST, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST SHIRLEY REGINA WILKINSON, DECEASED; JOHN W. DAVIS; CITY OF LARGO, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST REGINA VISNEVAC A/K/A REGINA O'HANLON, DECEASED and JOHN FRANCIS O'HANLON, are Defendant(s), Ken Burke, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on March 22, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
