NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 05, 2022, and entered in 21-003285-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR CASCADE FUNDING MORTGAGE TRUST HB5 is the Plaintiff and RICHARD E. GREEN; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE PATRICIA R. GREEN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED 6/11/2007; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA R. GREEN, DECEASED ; PAMELA M. GRIDER ; DANIEL L. GREEN; ALBERT S. FORCELLA, JR.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE VILLAS AT CYPRESS RUN OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 04, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
