NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on February 1, 2023 in Civil Case No. 16-005348-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and JEROME J. ODELL; HEATHER R. ODELL; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 3, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND THE SOUTH 28 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK A, PATRICIAN POINT UNIT 2 TRACT B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 89 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
