NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of February 2023, and entered in Case No. 51-2021-CA-001752-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GERRY L. TADLOCK BEACON WOODS EAST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. BEACON WOODS EAST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. MEB LOAN TRUST II TERRI BISCHOFF DIXIE EVANS DAVID MICHAEL LEWELLYN HEATHER PIERMATTEI F/K/A HEATHER DUGGER VELDA ROBERTS UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES AS TRUSTEE OF THE GERRY L TADLOCK TRUST DATED 10/31/1995 UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERRY L. TADLOCK UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE GERRY L TADLOCK TRUST DATED 10/31/1995 LAURIE WILLIAMS F/K/A LAURIE LEWELLYN; and RODERICK WISE UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of April 2023, at 11:00 AM on PASCO County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 471, RAVENWOOD VILLAGE, UNIT 2-B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21 PAGES 139-144,PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
