NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure Pursuant to Administrative Order 3-15.16 dated February 28, 2023, in the above-styled case, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at auction held online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the 4th day of April 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the following described property:
Lot 65, SANDPIPER GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB PHASE ELEVEN, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 34, Public Records of Polk County, Florida
Property Address: 775 Cockatoo Loop, Lakeland, FL 33809.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
