NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 1, 2023, issued in and for Pasco, Florida, in Case No. 2018-CA-000451 wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CABANA SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff, and MILDRED CAVILLE and POINT WEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, PASCO CLERK OF COURT-EAST, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on April 5, 2023, at electronic sale beginning at 11:00 am, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
