UNIT 201, BUILDING “C”, DESOTO VILLAS, PHASE III, WOODPARK BUILDINGS “A”. “B”, “C”, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 914, PAGES 1624 THROUGH 1683, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1012, PAGE 848, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
commonly known as 425 30TH AVE W APT C201, BRADENTON, FL 34205 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Laura E. Noyes of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 30 days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
