YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint for Partition of Real Property has been filed in this court. The Complaint for Partition of Real Property requests relief relating to the following described real property in Manatee County Florida.
Lot 13, Block 6, Garden Heights Subdivision, asa per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 94, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on the petitioner's attorney, whose name and address are: Brooks R. Fusselman, Barnes Walker, Goethe, Perron, Shea, & Robinson, PLLC, 3119 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205 on or before April 13, 2023, and to file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately thereafter. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded, without further notice.
