Lot 411, PELICAN POINT GULF & COUNTRY CLUB, Unit 8, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 30-30E of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Said property having a street address of 690 Back Nine Drive, Venice, FL 34293.
