NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to an Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 8, 2023, in Civil Case No. 19-CA-001527, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein V. JOHN DAVIDIAN HOLDINGS LIMITED “INCORPORATION”, is Plaintiff, and, HALEY BUG, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, JOSI TEETERS, individually, Unknown Spouse of JOSI TEETERS, SHAWN TEETERS, ONEIR SALES and REALTY LLC, a Florida limited liability company, CHRISTIAN RESALE INC., a Florida Corporation, ALLEN DUQUET, JANE/JOHN DOE, fictitious names representing tenants in possession of the Property; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED are Defendants, the real property, legally described below, shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on April 13, 2023, Collier County Courthouse, First Floor of the Courthouse Annex, in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, as set forth in said Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The Court may, in its discretion, enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
