NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 2nd day of March, 2023 in Case No. 2022-CA-001846-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein judgment was entered in favor of Plaintiffs, HAL R. FETTERMAN AND SUSAN C. FETTERMAN and against Defendant, EVERGLADES CITY EXPRESS, LLC, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of Court for Collier County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash, at the foreclosure sale to be conducted at the Collier County Courthouse Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL, on March 30, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northwest quarter of Section 11, Township 53 South, Range 29 East, Town of Everglades, Dupont Island, Collier County, Florida; run South 89°59'30” West on the South boundary of the Northwest quarter for 508.72 feet to an iron pipe (P.R.M.) on the centerline of a 60 foot public road right of way, thence South 41°34'00” West on the right of way centerline for 547.82 feet to an iron pipe (P.R.M.) set at the South right of way line of the public road, thence North 50°56'00” West for 30.00 feet to a concrete monument, continue North 50°56'00” West on the South right of way of a 25 foot easement for 344.97 feet to a P.R.M., continue North 50°56'00” West for 46.50 feet to a P.R.M., thence North 41°34'00” East for 12.50 feet to a P.R.M. thence North 50°56'00” West for 30.00 feet to a P.R.M. on the East bank of Panther Creek Canal, thence South 41°34'00” West for 173.00 feet to a P.R.M. 7 feet more or less North from the North bank of Panther Creek Canal, thence meandering Southeast following the top of the creek bank 77.50 feet to a P.R.M. thence North 41°34'00” East for 155.00 feet to the point of beginning.

ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
