NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Lot 102, Building 1, TRINITY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1314, Page 1380-1412, et seq., and as it may be amended or the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

at public sale, the highest and best bidder, for cash, via Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on March 30, 2023
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
