NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2023, and entered in 11-2022-CA-000475-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS COLLATERAL TRUST TRUSTEE OF FIRSTKEY MASTER FUNDING 2021-A COLLATERAL TRUST is the Plaintiff and THOMAS J. SHALLOW A/K/A THOMAS SHALLOW JR.; COLLEEN E. SHALLOW A/K/A COLLEEN SHALLOW; GREEN PRO ENTERPRISES, INC. D/B/A GREEN PRO LANDSCAPING AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT are the Defendant(s). Crystal K.
