Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the properties situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, and are described as follows:
Lots 24, 26, 28 and the Southwesterly 1.0 foot of Lot 22, Block 1-A, Revised Map of Southland, according to Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 4, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; said lands situate, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida; LESS the Southeasterly 10 feet thereof for Road Right-of-Way. The said Southwesterly 1.0 foot of said Lot 22 being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 22, thence Northeastwardly along the Northerly boundary of Lot 22 at a distance of 1.0 feet thence Southwestwardly 1.0 foot from and parallel to the Westerly boundary of Lot 22, a distance of 120.0 feet to the Northerly Right-of-Way boundary of Henderson Boulevard, thence Southwestwardly along the said Northerly Right-of-Way, a distance of 1.0 foot to the aforesaid Westerly boundary of Lot 22, thence Northwestwardly along said Westerly boundary of Lot 22; Thence Northwestwardly along said Westerly boundary a distance of 120.00 to the Point of Beginning.
