NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 28th day of February 2023, in Case No. 19-CA-010442, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA10 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA10, is the Plaintiff and SIXTO BETANCES, JR.; F.Y.M., INC., D/B/A FYM, INC.; ESTELVINA DURAN A/K/A ESTELVINA DURAN BETANCES, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 1st day of May 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
