NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated the 22nd day of February, 2023 entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 15-005618-CI, the Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 25, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
