NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 22-004060-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2019-1, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF NORMAN HOUGH A/K/A NORMAN A. HOUGH, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF NORMAN HOUGH A/K/A NORMAN A. HOUGH, DECEASED; PAUL FRANCIS GARY, JR.; TAMARA ANN GARY; CHRISTOPHER SCOTT GARY; WILLIAM HOWARD PARKER; ROBERT LEWIS PARKER; NANCY L. HUBMAN; RICHARD MILTON HUSON; DAVID PAUL HOOPER; DALE R. KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of April, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK H, BELMONT SUBDIVISION 1ST ADDITION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 27, ACCORDING TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
