NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 04, 2023, and entered in 15-002589-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST C/O U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KERRY A. CARPENTER, DECEASED; BANK OF AMERICA; MARK CARPENTER; KASEY ERIN ADAMS; LESLIE DEBORAH ADAMS; STEPHEN C. CARPENTER, DECEASED N/K/A JEFFREY ADAMS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 05, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
