NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 7, 2023, and entered in Case No. 17-001566-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and FLTRUST LLC, as Trustee under the 801 18th Ave Land Trust dated the 3rd day of April, 2015, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 801 18th Ave Land Trust dated the 3rd day of April, 2015, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a James Allen, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Tywanna Tyler, Unknown Party #3 n/k/a Vennis Ellis, Unknown Party #4 n/k/a Maison Murray, David E. Evans a/k/a David Evans, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the April 6, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
