A parcel of land consisting of parts of Lots 7 and 10, Block 13, SOLONA SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 5, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, described as : Begin 55' West of the Northeast corner of Lot 10, thence go South 66'; thence West 78', thence North 132', thence East 78', thence South 66' to the point of beginning.
