Condominium Unit No. 305, Building “J”, Phase 2, of LAKE VIEW V CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3038, Pages 1904 through 1941, as amended from time to time, and being further shown and defined in that survey, plot plan and graphic description of improvements thereto, as recorded in Condominium Book 15, Page 19A , as amended from time to time, of the Pubic Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, Charlotte County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esquire, 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801, on or before April 24, 2023, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
