NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 22001147CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2021-2, Plaintiff, and WILLIAM E. HARP; DOROTHY D. HARP, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 1st day of May, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 3472, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 74, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 32A THROUGH 32P, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
