NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day, of March 2023, and entered in Case No. 22001154CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT TRUST IV, is the Plaintiff and BLUE INTERNATIONAL GROUP, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; LUCRECIA DELMONTE; URBAN SOLAR GROUP A/K/A URBAN SOLAR GROUP, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 20th day of April, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
